How it Works for Buyer / Customer 

 

Go To ► Create Account  OR click the link  https://GruhUdyog.in/Login.aspx  Do registration and start exploring authentic Indian products &  brands

 

► Add product(s) to your shopping cart  from your favourite store(s) and proceed to checkout. Take care of minimum order amount required for your selected store(s) before proceed to checkout.  Buyer must  satisfy the minimum order amount condition, if set by the store owner

 

► During checkout process buyer will receive OTAC (One Time Authentication Code) on  registered mobile no with us. Enter received OTAC  to complete order.           

 

► Store owner of your selected product(s)  contact you for your order details, shipping charges, packing charges, delivery schedule, and  payment method verification. Buyer will also receive store contact no and email id in order details and can contact seller for order status

 

► GruhUdyog.in is only  a listing platform and not involved directly or indirectly  in order processing, shipping of product, receipt of payment  and any other dispute between buyer and seller

 
► Seller will send details for payments directly to Buyer once order  is  submitted. Payment can be done as suggested by seller through debit card, credit card, mobile wallet & netbanking 

 

► Every seller had different shipping policy. All orders are shipped  as per the delivery schedule agreed at the time of order between buyer & seller 

 

► Product delivered at your shipping address by  sellers

 

► Buyer can give review and ratings to product and store based on their experience

 

 

 

How it Works for Seller 

 

Go To ► Inquiy  For  Store OR  click the link  https://GruhUdyog.in/InquiryForStore.aspx  Send  us  your  details  for online  store opening.  After verification and  admin approval your online store will active on  GurhUdyog.in.

 

► Setting up online shop & Selling at GruhUdyog.in is completely free. No commission or any other charges applied on your online sales. Display your products with all details like specification, product specialty and  price

 

► Store owner can set minimum order amount & shipping rates for their online store

 

► Once buyer place an order for your product(s) you will receive order details through email and order notification on your registered mobile with us

 

► Contact Buyer to confirm order details, shipping & packing charges, order amount verification and  delivery schedule.  Store owner/seller is solely responsible for taking payment from buyer into their account,  shipping & packing, delivery  of order  and any other issue arsie with buyer 

 

► Once order confrimed inform GruhUdyog.in . Deliver  product at shipping address and provide tracking details to  buyer & GruhUdyog.in

 

► The Store owner / Seller solely responsible  for breakage, leakage, theft, pilferage, damage/ and / or loss of any kind in transit or thereafter once the product leave Store owner/Seller’s place. Claim for any type in the consignment should be settled by the Store owner/Seller  directly with the buyers  or the courier company  or any other agents. GruhUdyog.in  will not be responsible directly or indirectly  for such claims under any circumstances
